Azur Well is operated by House of Revayah, LLC. These terms describe your use of our medication-routine and care-circle app. Contact info@houseofrevayah.com with questions. By using the app, you agree to these terms.
Medication routines and safety
Azur Well helps organize routines and share reported activity. It does not provide medical advice, verify that medication was taken, or replace a clinician, pharmacist, prescription label, or emergency service. Always confirm medication names, dosage instructions, and schedules with the appropriate healthcare professional. A taken or skipped entry is a user's report, not clinical proof. Do not change treatment based only on the app. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services.
Notifications may be delayed, unavailable, or affected by device permissions, connectivity, time zones, and operating-system settings. Keep another reliable way to follow important medication instructions. The app cannot guarantee reminders or monitoring by another person.
Accounts and care circles
Use accurate account information and keep your device and Google account secure. Invite only trusted people and choose their roles carefully. Enter or share another person's information only when you have appropriate authorization. Care-circle members may see shared records according to their roles. You are responsible for the information you enter and for checking its accuracy.
The app is intended for people managing their own routines and authorized caregivers, rather than independent use by children.
Subscriptions and free trials
A subscription is required to use the care features after onboarding. Account and data controls, including export and deletion, remain available without an active subscription. The intended U.S. monthly price is $3.99. The price, currency, taxes, availability, and billing details shown in your app-store checkout control your purchase. We display the store's localized price in the installed app when the product is available.
Eligible new subscribers may receive a 7-day free trial, as confirmed by Apple or Google at checkout. Trial eligibility is determined by the store. A trial begins only when the store successfully confirms your subscription. At the end of an eligible trial, the subscription automatically renews at the price shown at checkout unless cancelled in time through your store account. Without a trial, payment begins as shown at checkout.
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Manage or cancel through the Apple App Store or Google Play account used to subscribe. Cancel before the trial or current billing period ends to avoid the next renewal, allowing any advance cancellation time the store specifies. Uninstalling the app, signing out, or deleting care records does not cancel a subscription. Cancellation normally keeps access through the remaining trial or paid period, subject to the store's status. Refunds and billing disputes are handled under the applicable store rules and your legal rights.
Restore purchases using the same store account. A care-circle invitation does not itself give another person a subscription. Cross-platform purchase access is not promised. Subscription cancellation does not automatically delete your account or shared records.
Your information
You retain your rights in the information you provide. You permit us to process it as needed to operate the features you request, including sharing records with authorized care-circle members. Our Privacy Policy explains information handling and deletion requests. For account deletion, use Account and data in the app or follow the account deletion instructions. For other account or data requests, contact info@houseofrevayah.com. We may need to verify your identity and consider other members' rights.
Responsible use
Do not access records without permission, misuse invitations, impersonate someone, interfere with the service, attempt to bypass access controls, or upload unlawful content. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect people, information, or the service. This does not replace your ability to manage your subscription through the store.
Availability and changes
Features may change and service interruptions may occur. An alpha or test version can contain unfinished features and errors. Do not rely on it as your sole record or safety system. We may update these terms as the service changes and will communicate material changes where required. The date above identifies the current version. Any price change will follow the applicable store's notice and consent process.
Nothing in these terms removes consumer rights or other protections that cannot be waived under applicable law.
