How Information Is Shared

Meeting Recall does not sell user data.

Meeting Recall does not upload audio recordings to our servers.

Users may choose to share recordings with other apps or services, including NotebookLM, email, cloud storage, messaging apps, or other file-sharing destinations. When users choose to share or upload a recording, that action is controlled by the user and may be subject to the privacy policy of the receiving service.

Google Calendar connection is handled through Google Sign-In and Google Calendar APIs.

Local Storage

Recordings are stored locally on the user’s device.

On Android, users may choose a folder for saved recordings, such as a Meeting Recall folder.

On iOS, recordings are saved inside Meeting Recall’s app storage and may be shared using the system share sheet.

Data Retention and Deletion

Audio recordings remain on the user’s device until the user deletes them.

Users can delete recordings inside the app. When possible, Meeting Recall also deletes the related audio file from device storage.
