Azur Well Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 5, 2026

Azur Well is operated by House of Revayah, LLC. This policy explains how information is handled when you use our medication-routine and care-circle app. Contact us at info@houseofrevayah.com with privacy questions or requests.

Information you provide

When you sign in with Google, with Apple in an iOS version offering that option, or with a designated email/password account, Firebase processes your account credentials and we receive account information such as your name, email address, and account identifier. Apple may provide a private relay email address if you choose to hide your email. Apple generally provides your name only when you first authorize the app. Your care circle may include a profile name, relationship, time zone, medication names, prescribed schedules, dosage text, instructions, reported taken or skipped doses, timestamps, care notes, and activity records. Invitations include the invited person's email address, role, and invitation status. Only enter information you are authorized to share.

Where information is stored and who can see it

The app stores local preferences on your device. Fresh care spaces start empty; the app does not seed fictional people or medication records. The installed mobile app also saves the last received shared care-circle view and pending changes on your device so you can use it offline. These may include medication schedules, reported doses, handoffs, and member details. Pending changes are sent to the shared service when the app can reconnect; they are not visible to other caregivers until accepted. Saved shared data is scoped to your account and care circle. Successful sign-out clears the active circle cache. Account deletion clears this account’s saved care views and pending changes on the requesting device. An offline device cannot learn that access was revoked until it reconnects. Connected care-circle records are stored using Google Firebase authentication, database, and cloud-function services. Authorized members of your care circle can see the records their role permits. Shared activity is not private from those members. Removing a member ends their future access through the app, but cannot remove copies they already saved or information they remember.

Medication search

Medication-name search sends the text you enter to the U.S. National Library of Medicine's RxTerms service to return matching names. This can reveal the medication you are searching for. Do not enter a person's name or other private details into the search field. Dosage text and care notes are not included in that search request. You can enter a medication name manually.

Notifications

If you enable notifications, the app uses your device's permission and schedule settings. Connected notification services may store a device push token with your account. Expo and Apple or Google notification services may process device tokens and delivery information. Care-circle alerts can indicate that a dose was reported as taken. Notification previews can be visible on a locked device; adjust your device's notification settings if needed. Availability and delivery of notifications are not guaranteed.

Subscriptions

Mobile purchases are processed by Apple or Google. We use RevenueCat to validate purchases and determine subscription access. RevenueCat processes app-user identifiers, purchase and subscription status, transaction information, and relevant app or device information. We do not receive your full payment-card details from the app store. Your payment provider and store handle billing information under their own policies. We do not send medication records, dosage instructions, or care notes to the billing service.

How information is used

We use information to authenticate accounts, maintain care circles, show medication routines and reported activity, manage invitations and permissions, support notification delivery, verify subscription access, troubleshoot service problems, and respond to support requests. The current app does not include advertising or an advertising-tracking SDK. Care records are not used to target advertisements.

Service providers and other disclosures

Relevant service providers include Google Firebase, Google sign-in, Sign in with Apple, RevenueCat, Apple or Google app stores, Expo notification services, and NLM RxTerms. Each processes information needed for its function. We may also disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to address misuse or protect people and the service. These providers may process information outside your country.

Retention, deletion, and your choices

Connected records may remain after uninstalling the app. Sign-out and subscription cancellation do not delete care-circle records. In app versions with the Account and data screen, open Settings > Account and data > Delete account. The same screen is available from the subscription page without an active subscription. Review the affected circles, type DELETE, and verify the same account using the sign-in method shown in the app. If you use an earlier version or no longer have the app, request deletion using the account deletion instructions or email info@houseofrevayah.com from your account’s email address. We verify identity before acting on emailed requests.

Deletion removes your authentication account, account records, invitations addressed to you, device registrations, personal attachments, and all circles you own, including their medication records, reported doses, notes, activity, and shared access. Other members lose access to those owned circles. In circles owned by someone else, your membership, authored notes, and personal activity are removed. Reported dose history is retained with your identity and explanations removed so the remaining caregivers keep a usable record. Cleanup retries automatically after temporary service failures. A minimal account-identifier completion receipt, without care records, is retained for seven days to confirm cleanup and prevent an old session from recreating data, then removed.

Deletion cannot remove records that other people have independently exported, copied, or saved on an offline device. That device cannot learn access has ended until it reconnects. Some transaction, security, backup, or legally required records held by service providers may remain under their retention requirements. Deleting your account does not cancel a store subscription. Cancel separately in your Apple or Google subscription settings to stop future charges. Contact info@houseofrevayah.com for access, correction, or deletion questions.

Children and health information

Azur Well is intended for people managing their own routines and authorized caregivers, rather than children using an account independently. Caregivers should only enter another person's information with appropriate permission. Care records may contain sensitive health-related information. The app is an organizational tool, not a healthcare provider or medical-record system. It does not verify medication use or provide medical advice.

Security and updates

We use authentication and role-based access controls, but no system or network can be guaranteed secure. Keep your device and account secure, invite only trusted people, and avoid putting unnecessary sensitive information into notes. We may update this policy as the app changes. The effective date above identifies the latest version.
