Azur Well Account Deletion

Azur Well is operated by House of Revayah, LLC. You can request deletion without an active subscription.

Delete in the app

  1. Open Settings > Account and data, or choose Account and data on the subscription screen.
  2. Sign in with the account you use for Azur Well: Google, Apple in an iOS version offering that option, or your designated email/password account.
  3. Choose Delete account and review the care circles that will be removed.
  4. Type DELETE, then verify the same account using the sign-in method shown in the app to submit your request.

Cleanup continues on our servers if you close the app. Temporary failures retry automatically. The screen shows completion when the server confirms cleanup.

Request deletion without the app

If you uninstalled the app or your earlier version does not include account deletion, email info@houseofrevayah.com from the email address linked to your Azur Well account. Use the subject “Azur Well account deletion” and state that you want your account and associated data deleted. We will verify your identity and confirm the affected owned circles before carrying out the request. Please do not send medication details, passwords, or verification codes.

What is deleted

Your authentication account, account records, device registrations, invitations addressed to you, personal attachments, and every care circle you own are deleted. Owned circles lose their medication records, reported doses, notes, history, and shared access. Other members can no longer use those circles. Saved care views and pending changes for your account are cleared from the requesting phone. This action cannot be undone. Export any records you need first.

What may remain

In circles owned by someone else, your membership, authored notes, and personal activity are removed. Reported dose history remains with your identity and explanations removed so other caregivers keep a usable record. A minimal account-identifier completion receipt without care data remains for seven days, then is deleted. Copies others independently exported or saved, including data on an offline device until it reconnects, cannot be remotely erased. Store transaction records and any legally required or provider backup records may remain under the relevant provider’s retention rules.

Cancel your subscription separately

Deleting an account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it in your Apple or Google store subscription settings to stop future charges.
