Privacy Policy for NaijaPrep

NaijaPrep is an exam preparation app from House of Revayah. This policy explains how information is handled when you use the app, including its seven-day trial and one-time lifetime purchase.
Study information stays on your device
NaijaPrep does not require an app account. Your exam and subject choices, preferences, answers, saved questions, study plan and progress are stored locally in the app. NaijaPrep does not upload your study answers or progress to House of Revayah. Clearing progress in Settings removes your study progress. Removing the app removes its local app data, subject to your device's backup and restore settings.
Purchases and access
Apple App Store or Google Play handles payment. NaijaPrep does not receive your payment card or bank details. We use RevenueCat to validate purchases, restore lifetime access and determine purchase status. RevenueCat processes purchase history, product and transaction identifiers, purchase dates and status, an anonymous app identifier, and technical information needed for its billing service. We do not provide RevenueCat with your name or email through the app. Purchase data is used for app functionality and billing analytics, not advertising or cross-app tracking.
Trial terms
The trial provides seven days of full study access. Continuing afterward requires a separate one-time lifetime purchase. The trial does not automatically bill you or start a subscription. On iOS, the original App Store trial transaction date determines trial access. Android stores the trial start date locally on the device.
Sharing and service providers
We do not sell your information or use advertising trackers. Apple, Google and RevenueCat process purchase information to provide their store and billing services. Their own privacy policies also apply:

Retention, security and requests
Study data stays on your device until you clear it or remove the app, subject to device backup settings. Billing records are retained as needed to provide access, restore purchases and meet applicable recordkeeping requirements. Purchase information is transmitted using encrypted connections. No storage or transmission method is completely secure.
You can contact us to request help or deletion of information processed for NaijaPrep. We may need a purchase receipt or anonymous app identifier to locate billing records. Do not send passwords or payment card details. Store transaction records remain subject to Apple's or Google's policies.
Students and support
NaijaPrep does not ask for your name, school records, address or contact details to study. If you contact support, we use the information you choose to provide to respond to your request.
