Terms of Use for TailorNote

TailorNote is operated by House of Revayah, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms govern your use of the TailorNote app and its customer measurement forms.
By using TailorNote, you agree to these Terms. If you use TailorNote on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorized to do so.
Using TailorNote
TailorNote helps tailors and fashion designers request, organize, store, and share customer measurements. Customers can complete measurement requests through a browser without installing the app.
You may use TailorNote for lawful personal or business purposes. You must be legally able to agree to these Terms. A parent or guardian should supervise submissions involving a child’s information.
Measurements and garment fit
TailorNote records information supplied by users. It does not scan bodies, verify measurement accuracy, or guarantee that a garment will fit.
Customers should follow their tailor’s instructions and check their measurements before submitting. Tailors are responsible for reviewing measurements, confirming units, and deciding whether measurements are suitable for a garment.
Unit conversions may involve rounding. Check important measurements before cutting fabric or beginning work.
TailorNote is not a party to agreements between tailors and customers, including agreements about garment quality, delivery, alterations, or payment.
Accounts and security
Some online features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for activity you authorize through your account.
Do not impersonate another person, access someone else’s account, or attempt to view customer information without permission. Contact us if you believe your account has been compromised.
Customer information
You retain your rights in the information you enter into TailorNote. We do not claim ownership of your customer records, measurements, notes, or business branding.
You grant us permission to process that information only as needed to provide and maintain the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
If you enter information about another person, you are responsible for having an appropriate lawful basis, providing any required notices, and obtaining permission where required. Only collect information needed for your tailoring work.
Share measurement links and exported records carefully. Anyone who receives a request link may be able to open and complete its form.
Local records and backups
TailorNote stores customer records and saved measurements locally on your device. Online request features use temporary cloud storage to exchange information.
Signing in does not, by itself, mean all your local records are backed up or available on another device.
Use Backup & Export regularly, especially before replacing a device, uninstalling the app, or clearing app or browser data. Keep exported files secure because they may contain customer information.
Losing your device or clearing its storage may result in lost records if you do not have a usable backup.
Free features and Pro subscriptions
TailorNote offers Free features and optional Pro subscriptions. Current features, request allowances, subscription periods, and prices are shown in the app before purchase.
Prices may vary by country, currency, and app store. The purchase screen shows the applicable price and billing period.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled under the applicable app store’s rules. Payment is processed through your Apple App Store or Google Play account.
You can manage or cancel your subscription through the store where you purchased it. Deleting TailorNote or your TailorNote account does not cancel a subscription. For Google Play purchases, see Google’s subscription cancellation instructions.
When your paid access ends, Pro features and allowances may no longer be available. Your existing locally saved records remain accessible through Free features, including viewing, editing, and exporting them.
Refund requests are subject to the applicable app store’s process and your rights under local law. Nothing in these Terms removes a refund or other remedy required by law.
Acceptable use
You must not:
Use TailorNote to collect or share information unlawfully.
Send abusive, fraudulent, or unwanted measurement requests.
Attempt to access another user’s records or private request links.
Bypass subscription restrictions, request limits, or security controls.
Interfere with the service or use automated activity that places an unreasonable load on it.
Copy or misuse our software, branding, or other intellectual property except where permitted by law.
Availability and changes
We work to keep TailorNote reliable, but online features may be interrupted by maintenance, connectivity problems, or service-provider outages. Request links can expire or be revoked.
We may update features, supported devices, or service limits over time. Where a change materially affects a paid service, we will provide notice and any options or remedies required by law.
We do not promise that online services will remain available indefinitely. If we discontinue a paid service, we will provide reasonable notice where practicable and honor applicable consumer rights.
Third-party services
TailorNote uses third-party services for functions such as authentication, hosting, subscriptions, and notifications.
Sharing a link or measurement card through WhatsApp, text messaging, email, or another service is subject to that service’s terms and privacy practices. TailorNote is not affiliated with or endorsed by WhatsApp.
For apps downloaded from Apple’s App Store, the applicable Apple license terms also govern your use. Where no custom license applies, Apple provides its Standard End User License Agreement.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information, including customer submissions, local records, service providers, retention, and deletion.
Ending your use
You may stop using TailorNote at any time.
Deleting your remote account removes the associated cloud account and request data according to our deletion process. It does not automatically erase records stored on your device, remove copies you have exported or shared, or cancel an app-store subscription.
We may restrict online access if necessary to address serious misuse, security threats, or legal requirements. Where appropriate, we will explain the restriction and provide an opportunity to resolve the issue.
Disclaimers and responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, TailorNote is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or the accuracy of information entered by users.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from inaccurate measurements, garment disputes, service interruptions, or lost records.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Updates to these Terms
We may revise these Terms as TailorNote changes. We will update the effective date and provide notice of material changes where required.
If a change requires your consent under applicable law, we will request it.
