Privacy Policy for TailorNote

Effective date: September 14, 2026

TailorNote is operated by House of Revayah, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). This policy explains how information is handled when you use the TailorNote app and its customer measurement forms.

Information you provide

TailorNote helps tailors and fashion designers collect and organize customer measurements. Information entered into the service may include:

  • Business name, country, phone number, measurement preferences, and an optional logo.

  • Customer names, phone numbers, notes, garment details, and measurements.

  • Account information provided when signing in, such as your email address and account identifier.

  • Information you send when contacting us for support.

Customers can complete a measurement request without creating an account or installing the app.

Information stored on your device

Your customer directory, private notes, and saved measurements are stored locally on your device. Core features work without an internet connection.

Existing customer contact details and private notes are not automatically uploaded as a cloud customer database. Backups, exports, and shared cards may contain personal information. You control where you save or send these files.

The browser version uses browser storage. Clearing site data may remove locally stored records and form progress.

Measurement requests

When a tailor creates a measurement link, we temporarily process the business name, garment, measurement instructions, measurement unit, and any project name included in the request.

When a customer submits the form, we process their measurements and, for quick requests, their name and optional phone number. This information is delivered to the requesting tailor.

Anyone with the request link may be able to open and complete the form. Share links only with the intended recipient.

How we use information

We use information to:

  • Provide measurement requests and deliver customer submissions.

  • Manage accounts and subscription access.

  • Send optional submission notifications.

  • Prevent misuse, enforce request limits, and maintain the service.

  • Respond to support and privacy requests.

We do not sell customer names, contact details, or body measurements.

Service providers

We use the following providers to operate TailorNote:

  • Google Firebase: account authentication, temporary request storage, hosting, and server operations.

  • RevenueCat: purchase validation and subscription access.

  • Superwall: subscription screens and information about interactions with those screens.

  • Expo, Apple, and Google: delivery of optional push notifications.

  • Apple App Store and Google Play: subscription billing.

Subscription providers may process account identifiers, device information, purchase records, and subscription status. We do not send them customer names, phone numbers, or measurements. TailorNote does not receive your payment card details.

Hosting and infrastructure providers may process technical information, such as IP addresses and request logs, to operate and protect the service.

Notifications and sharing

If you enable notifications, we store a device push token. Submission alerts use generic wording and do not include customer names or measurements.

You can disable notifications in your device or app settings.

When you share a link, card, or export through WhatsApp, text message, email, or another service, that service handles the information under its own privacy policy.

How long information is kept

Local records remain on your device until you delete them or clear the app’s data.

Measurement links expire after 14 days. Submitted measurements that have not been received by the tailor’s app are scheduled for deletion after 30 days.

After the app confirms receipt, or a request is revoked, the cloud request’s measurement content is removed. A minimal request-status record may remain for up to 65 days to prevent duplicate processing. Usage records also have a 65-day cleanup period.

Notification jobs expire after 24 hours. Device registrations expire after 60 days without renewal. Physical cleanup of expired cloud records may take additional time.

Billing providers may retain transaction records under their own policies and applicable legal obligations.

Your choices and deletion

Tailors can edit or delete customer records and export their saved information. Deleting records linked to remote requests may require an internet connection.

You can delete your remote account and cloud requests through the app’s Privacy & deletion controls. Deleting your remote account does not erase local measurements or cancel an app-store subscription. Delete local records separately and manage subscriptions through your app store.

Copies already exported, backed up, or shared remain wherever they were saved or sent.

Customers should contact their tailor to request changes to, or deletion of, records the tailor holds. For information processed by TailorNote’s online service, contact us below.

Depending on your location, you may have additional rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your information, or object to certain processing. We may request information to verify your identity.

Security and international processing

We use encrypted connections and access controls to protect information. Native app databases use encryption. No storage or transmission method is completely secure.

Our service providers may process information outside your country, where privacy laws may differ.

Measurements relating to children

TailorNote is intended for tailors and fashion designers. If you collect a child’s information, obtain appropriate permission from their parent or guardian. Contact us if you believe a child’s information was submitted without appropriate permission.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as TailorNote changes. We will update the effective date and provide additional notice when required.
