Oga Ledger helps small business owners record sales, expenses, customer balances, inventory, product photos, and business reports.
Your privacy matters to us. Oga Ledger is designed to keep your business records private and stored on your device whenever possible.
Information We Collect
Oga Ledger may store the following information that you choose to enter into the app:
- Business name and business setup details
- Products, inventory, prices, sizes, and product photos
- Sales, expenses, payments, customer balances, and reports
- Customer names or notes, if you choose to add them
- Backup files, if you choose to export or restore your data
This information is used only to provide the app’s bookkeeping, catalog, inventory, reporting, backup, and business management features.
Offline Storage
Oga Ledger is built to work offline. Most business records are stored locally on your device.
We do not sell your business records, customer records, product information, photos, or financial entries.
Photos and Media
If you choose to add product photos, Oga Ledger may ask for access to your photos or media library. This access is used only so you can attach product images to your offline catalog.
You can use Oga Ledger without adding product photos.
Payments and Subscriptions
Oga Ledger may use third-party services such as RevenueCat, Superwall, Google Play, or Apple App Store to manage subscriptions, purchases, entitlements, and restore purchases.
These services may process purchase status, subscription status, device information, app usage related to purchases, and transaction-related information as needed to provide subscription features.
Oga Ledger does not directly collect or store your payment card details. Payments are handled by Google Play, Apple App Store, or the relevant payment provider.
Sharing
Oga Ledger may let you share product details, prices, stock information, or product photos through apps such as WhatsApp or other sharing tools. Sharing only happens when you choose to share something.
We do not automatically share your business records with other people or companies.
Data Retention
Your records remain on your device unless you delete them, reset the app, uninstall the app, or export/share them yourself.
If cloud backup, account sync, or online storage is added in the future, this policy will be updated before those features are released.
Data Deletion
You can delete records inside the app where deletion tools are available. You can also remove all local app data by uninstalling Oga Ledger or clearing the app’s storage from your device settings.
Children’s Privacy
Oga Ledger is not designed for children. The app is intended for business owners and adults managing business records.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect app data. However, no app or device storage method is completely secure. You are responsible for protecting access to your phone and keeping backups safe.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as Oga Ledger changes. If we make important changes, we will update the effective date and, when appropriate, provide notice in the app or store listing.
