## Rates and offline use
Reference rates need an internet connection to refresh. After a successful download, cached rates remain available offline. You can also enter and save your own My Rate for a supported currency pair. Check the displayed source and update time before using a rate. Banks and transfer providers may use different rates or charge additional fees. Rate Keep calculates conversions; it does not exchange or transfer money.
## Rate Keep Pro and restoring purchases
If you purchased Pro but cannot access it, use Restore purchases in Rate Keep Settings while signed into the same App Store or Google Play account used for your purchase. An internet connection is needed to verify your purchase.
Yearly Pro is a recurring subscription. Lifetime Pro is a one-time purchase. Manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple Account or Google Play subscriptions. Deleting Rate Keep does not cancel a subscription. Refund requests are handled through the store where you paid.
## Saved information
Saved pairs, My Rates, history, and preferences are stored on your device. Deleting the app or clearing its data may remove that information. Rate Keep does not require an app account.
