Inspired Space Privacy Policy

Inspired Space is a personal project workspace provided by House of Revayah, LLC. This policy explains how information is handled in the mobile app. Contact us at info@houseofrevayah.com with privacy questions or requests.

Your work stays on your device

Your spaces, documents, thoughts, task lists, imported PDFs, photos and recordings are stored locally. You do not need an Inspired Space account. We do not upload this content to a studio cloud account or automatically sync it between devices. Importing a supported file saves a separate copy in the app.

Backup, restore and space transfers are manual. Exported backups and shared sources go to the app, person or storage location you choose. Those recipients and services apply their own privacy practices. Keep a backup before uninstalling the app or clearing its data. Your operating system may separately include app data in device backups according to your settings.

Purchases and RevenueCat

We use your app store and RevenueCat to provide, verify and restore the optional lifetime Pro purchase. RevenueCat processes an anonymous app-user identifier, purchase and transaction records, product and entitlement status, and technical information such as app, device platform and SDK versions. This supports app functionality, fraud prevention and purchase reporting. We do not receive your complete payment-card details. Payment processing is handled by your app store.

We do not use advertising SDKs or sell your personal information. Purchase information is not used by us for cross-app advertising. RevenueCat and the app stores process information under their own privacy policies. See revenuecat.com/privacy for RevenueCat's policy.

Links and website previews

When you add or open a website source, the app may contact that website and the servers hosting its preview image. Those servers can receive the requested URL, your IP address and ordinary connection information. A preview may load automatically when you view a saved link. Opening the website uses your browser and the website's own privacy practices. Saved notes and other local files are not included in a preview request.

Permissions and clipboard

Microphone access is used to record audio when you choose to record. Camera access is used when you choose to take a photo. File or photo access is used for items you select for import. Paste reads copied text when you tap Paste. You can manage permissions in device settings; declining permission may prevent the related feature from working.

Support, retention and deletion

If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include. We use that information to respond and resolve your request. Avoid sending private project files unless they are necessary for support.

You control local content through the app's deletion and backup tools. Deleted items or recovery copies may remain available through recovery features until removed. Uninstalling or clearing app data removes local app storage, but does not delete exports, backups, files you shared, or app-store purchase records.

Purchase and support records may be retained as needed to provide access and support, prevent fraud and meet applicable recordkeeping requirements. Contact info@houseofrevayah.com to request access, correction or deletion of information we control. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to object, restrict processing, request portability or complain to a privacy authority. We may need enough information to locate and verify your request. We cannot retrieve your locally stored projects from our servers.

Security and international processing

We rely on device protections and our service providers' security measures. No storage or transmission method is completely secure. Service providers may process purchase or support information outside your country, subject to applicable safeguards. Protect your device and choose trusted destinations for exports.

Children and changes

Inspired Space is a general-purpose creative tool and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can investigate. We may update this policy as the app or our practices change. The updated date above identifies the current version.
