Inspired Space Terms of Use

These terms describe your use of Inspired Space, provided by House of Revayah, LLC. Questions or support requests can be sent to info@houseofrevayah.com. Your app store's applicable terms also apply.

Using Inspired Space

Inspired Space helps you organize personal projects, references, documents, thoughts, recordings and lists. Use it lawfully and only import, record or share material you have permission to use. Obtain any consent required when recording others. You remain responsible for your content and for deciding who receives exported or shared files.

Your content and backups

You retain ownership of content you create or import. Using the app does not transfer that ownership to us. The app stores your work on your device and does not provide automatic cross-device sync. Backup, restore and space transfers are manual.

Keep current backups in a separate, trusted location and verify them before deleting the original data, uninstalling the app or replacing your device. Device loss, storage failure, uninstalling or clearing app data may remove your work. Local recovery features are not a substitute for an independent backup. We cannot retrieve locally stored projects from a studio server.

Free use and lifetime Pro

The free version supports up to three spaces and includes unlimited lists and the core capture and writing tools. Pro unlocks unlimited spaces through a one-time, non-consumable purchase. It is not a recurring subscription. The price and applicable taxes displayed by your app store at checkout govern your purchase.

Lifetime Pro means the unlimited-spaces entitlement for this app, without recurring fees, for the supported lifetime of the product. It does not include cloud storage, automatic sync, other studio apps or a guarantee that every future separate product or service will be included. It does not promise support for every future device or operating system. These terms do not reduce rights or remedies you have under applicable consumer law.

Purchases and refunds are administered through your app store and its rules, subject to applicable law. Restore purchases using the same store account. Purchases do not transfer between Apple and Google Play. An internet connection may be required to buy, restore or verify a purchase. A refunded or revoked purchase may remove Pro access; existing work and free backup and restore tools remain available.

External websites and sharing

Website links and previews may depend on third-party websites, which can change, be unavailable or restrict previews. A saved link is not a permanent offline copy of that website. Third-party apps and services handle files you choose to export or share under their own terms. We do not control their delivery, retention or privacy practices.

Permissions and availability

Recording, camera, file import and other device features may require your permission and compatible hardware. You may withdraw permissions in device settings. Features and layouts can vary by device, operating system and app version. We work to maintain the app, but uninterrupted or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed.

Privacy

Our Inspired Space Privacy Policy explains local content storage, purchase verification through RevenueCat, website previews, permissions and support information. Read it at /inspired-space-privacy-policy on this website.

Responsible use and your rights

Do not use the app to violate others' rights, distribute unlawful content or interfere with its security. Nothing in these terms excludes protections, guarantees or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. If you have an issue with the app or a purchase, contact us so we can help identify an appropriate resolution.

Changes and contact
