Roseli Terms of Use

Last updated: October 14, 2026

Roseli is provided by House of Revayah, LLC. These terms explain the app and its purchase model. Contact: info@houseofrevayah.com. The Apple Standard End User License Agreement applies to the iOS app: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/. Store terms and mandatory consumer rights also apply.

Personal tracking

Roseli lets you record periods, pregnancy dates, symptoms and notes, review your history and enable optional reminders and estimates. It is a personal record-keeping tool, not a medical service. It does not diagnose, treat or confirm pregnancy or ovulation. Estimates can be inaccurate, especially with limited or changing history. Do not use Roseli to determine safe days, prevent pregnancy or replace professional care.

Thirty-day trial

The trial provides all tracking features for thirty days from explicit activation. It does not start simply because you install the app. It does not renew or convert automatically, and no payment is taken when it ends. The trial is not intended to restart through deletion or reinstallation. On Apple devices, activation uses a zero-price non-consumable trial purchase, and the original transaction date determines the trial period.

One-time lifetime unlock

After the trial, a separate one-time purchase is required to add or edit tracking entries. The intended US price is $24.99; your store displays the applicable localized price and taxes before you confirm. There is no subscription or recurring bill. Lifetime unlock means access to the current app tracking features for as long as Roseli is offered and supported. It does not promise that the app, operating systems, stores or third-party services will remain available indefinitely. Features separately offered in a different product are not included unless stated.

Existing records after the trial

You can still view, export and delete existing records, recover a backup, manage privacy controls and end pregnancy tracking. Expiry does not delete your records or assume a pregnancy outcome.

Purchases, restoration and refunds

Purchases are processed by Apple or Google, with RevenueCat supporting verification and restoration. Restore purchases using the same store account in the installed app. A purchase on one store does not automatically transfer to another store. An internet connection may be needed for purchase, restoration or verification. Refunds and revoked purchases may remove paid access. Request refunds through the store and its applicable process; mandatory rights are unaffected.

Your records and backups

You retain your records. You are responsible for their accuracy, the files you import or share, and keeping your device and backup password safe. Records are stored locally and can be lost if you clear app data, uninstall, lose the device or cannot recover its encryption key. Create and keep a private backup if you need recovery. We cannot retrieve a lost backup password or reconstruct records that were never sent to us. Readable exports may reveal sensitive information to anyone with access to the file.

Reminders and availability

Reminders depend on your settings, permissions, device and operating system. Delivery is not guaranteed. Roseli does not monitor emergencies or provide medical support. Updates may change functionality or compatibility; we will describe material changes when appropriate.

Responsible use

Use the app lawfully and do not interfere with purchase verification or attempt unauthorized access to another person’s information. Roseli is not directed to children under 13. If you cannot accept these terms under applicable law, use requires the appropriate parent or guardian involvement.

Privacy, support and changes

The Roseli Privacy Policy explains local records, purchase-service data and optional permissions. For support or questions, contact info@houseofrevayah.com. Please do not email private health records unless necessary for your request. We may update these terms and their date, with further notice where required. Nothing in these terms removes non-waivable consumer rights.
