Roseli Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 14, 2026

Roseli is provided by House of Revayah, LLC. This policy explains how the mobile app handles information. Contact: info@houseofrevayah.com.

Your tracking records

Period dates, pregnancy dates, symptoms, flow, spotting, notes, favorites and tracking preferences are stored on your device. Roseli does not upload these records to House of Revayah or RevenueCat. No Roseli account is required. We do not sell your tracking records or use them for advertising. The app does not include advertising or a health-data analytics service.

Storage and protection

The installed mobile app encrypts its tracking snapshot using a device-held key protected by the operating system. Optional app lock uses device authentication; Roseli does not receive your fingerprint or facial template. Device loss, uninstalling, clearing app data or losing a backup password may make records unrecoverable. No security measure guarantees complete protection.

Purchases and trials

Apple or Google processes payments. RevenueCat helps verify purchases, restore access and manage the thirty-day trial and lifetime unlock. This involves an anonymous app identifier, product identifiers, transaction and receipt information, purchase dates, access status, and technical information needed to communicate with the service. RevenueCat provides purchase reporting to us. We do not send your tracking records, notes, name or email address to RevenueCat. We do not receive your payment-card details. Purchase-service records can remain after tracking records are deleted, to support restoration, fraud prevention and applicable retention obligations. RevenueCat privacy information: https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy. The store also processes information under its own privacy policy.

Optional permissions

Notifications are optional and used for reminders you enable. Device authentication is optional. File access is used when you choose an import or backup. Sharing and printing occur only when you choose them. Reminder wording can appear on your lock screen according to your device settings.

Imports, backups and exports

Imports are processed on your device. Private backups are password encrypted. Reports and other readable exports may contain sensitive information and are not protected by the private-backup password. When you save or share a file, the destination you choose may store it under its own policies, including a cloud storage provider. Keep your backup password safe; we cannot retrieve it.

Your choices and deletion

You can edit or delete records, turn off reminders and manage app lock in Settings. Existing records remain viewable, exportable and deletable after the trial expires. Deleting tracking data does not remove separately saved exports, backups, store purchases or RevenueCat purchase records, and does not restart a trial. To ask about purchase-service data associated with your installation, contact us. We may need information to verify the request. Do not send health records unless necessary for the support you request.

Support and website

If you email us, we receive the message and any information you choose to include, and use it to respond. We retain support correspondence as needed to handle the request and applicable obligations. These policy pages are hosted by Squarespace, which processes website request and cookie information under its own policies. Visiting this website is separate from recording information in the app. Service providers may process information in countries other than your own.

Children and changes

Roseli is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their personal information through our services. Contact us with a concern. If our practices change, we will update this policy and its date and provide additional notice when required.
