If you are having trouble signing in, creating an account, or accessing your profile, contact us and include the email address connected to your HeatRadar account.
Platform Connections
If Spotify, YouTube, or Audius is not connecting correctly, try disconnecting and reconnecting the platform inside Settings. Make sure you are using the correct platform account and that any required permissions are approved.
Heat Score Questions
Your Heat Score is based on audience movement, engagement signals, release activity, and connected platform traction. If your score looks different than expected, check that your music platforms are connected and recently synced.
