HeatRadar is operated by House of Revayah. This Privacy Policy explains how HeatRadar collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use the HeatRadar mobile app.
HeatRadar is a mobile app for independent music artists to understand audience movement, release traction, engagement signals, and Heat Score growth across connected music platforms.
1. Information We Collect
We may collect the following types of information:
Account Information
When you create or sign in to an account, we may collect your email address, display name, artist or stage name, authentication provider, and user ID.
Music Platform Connection Information
If you choose to connect a music platform such as YouTube, Spotify, or Audius, we may access limited information needed to show audience and traction insights. This may include public channel or artist profile information, follower or subscriber counts, view counts, track or release metadata, engagement signals, and related platform statistics.
We only access platform data after you choose to connect that platform.
App Usage and Preferences
We may store app preferences such as notification settings, connected platform states, onboarding status, profile settings, and saved app configuration.
Device and Diagnostic Information
We may collect basic technical information needed to operate and improve the app, such as device type, app version, crash logs, and performance diagnostics.

We use information to:
- Create and manage your HeatRadar account
- Show your Heat Score and music traction insights
- Display connected platform data inside the app
- Help you understand audience growth, engagement, and release movement
- Save your preferences and connected account states
- Improve app performance, reliability, and user experience
- Provide support and troubleshoot issues
- Maintain app security and prevent misuse
3. Music Platform Data
HeatRadar may use third-party platform APIs, including Google/YouTube, Spotify, and Audius, to display artist-facing insights.
For YouTube, HeatRadar may request read-only access to your YouTube channel data. HeatRadar does not upload, edit, delete, or publish YouTube content on your behalf.
You may disconnect platforms from within the app at any time where available.
4. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information.
We may share limited information only with service providers needed to operate the app, such as authentication, cloud storage, analytics, crash reporting, or platform API providers.
These services may process data according to their own privacy policies and only as needed to provide app functionality.
We may also disclose information if required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of users, the app, or the public.
5. Third-Party Services
HeatRadar may use third-party services including:
- Firebase for authentication and app infrastructure
- Google Sign-In and YouTube APIs for account and YouTube channel connection
- Spotify APIs for music platform connection
- Audius APIs for public artist and track data
- Expo and related mobile app services for app delivery and diagnostics
Your use of connected third-party platforms is also subject to those platforms’ own terms and privacy policies.
6. Data Retention
We keep your information only as long as needed to provide HeatRadar, maintain your account, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and improve the app.

If you request account deletion, we will delete or de-identify personal information associated with your HeatRadar account unless we are required to keep certain information for legal, security, or operational reasons.

9. Children’s Privacy
HeatRadar is not intended for children under 13 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete it.

If you use HeatRadar outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate.
